Organic Elderberry Herbal Syrup Kit

This easy to follow kit is a must have; especially during cold and flu season. It can also be used daily as an immune booster. This delicious syrup can be added to hot tea (infusions) to soothe sore throats and coughs.

Ingredients: Organic Elderberries, Organic Eleuthero Root, Organic Echinacea Root, Organic Cinnamon.

Directions: Combine packet with 3 cups filtered cold water; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 30-40 minutes. Remove from heat, mash berries and strain into cheesecloth. Gently reheat with 1 cup honey (to taste) until melted. Stir in 1.5 ounces brandy (optional). Cool and label; keep refrigerated for up to 6 months.

Makes approximately 20 ounces of syrup.
